Eligible orders may be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. This guarantee applies only to products that remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

- Returns must be received within 15 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be in their original packaging with intact security seals.
Important: Due to the sensitive and research-specific nature of our products, opened, tampered, or used items are ineligible for return or refund.

Return shipments must be addressed to the location provided in the instructions. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges for expedited services are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error on our part.
